I'm Janette and I'm a Sunshine Coast family, maternity and newborn photographer, I specialise in creating relaxed, natural images that celebrate genuine connection. Whether we're photographing your growing bump, your brand-new baby or your family running barefoot along one of the Sunshine Coast's beautiful beaches, my goal is always the same—to create timeless photographs that feel like you.
Based in my home studio in Glenview, I photograph families throughout the Sunshine Coast including Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Mudjimba, Maroochydore, Noosa, Glenview, Beerwah, Landsborough and the beautiful Glass House Mountains.
My sessions are relaxed, child-led and never rushed. Rather than stiff poses, I'll gently guide you into natural moments so you can simply enjoy spending time together while I capture authentic memories you'll treasure for years to come.

The newborn days are fleeting — a blur of tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, soft sighs and the quiet magic of welcoming a new little soul into your family. These first moments are raw, tender and incredibly precious, and they deserve to be remembered just as they are.
My newborn sessions are relaxed, gentle and baby-led, with a natural lifestyle approach. I don’t use heavy props or fantasy posing — instead, I focus on capturing your baby in a way that feels real, connected and true to your family. While I may include a few simple, natural poses of your baby on their own, most of your session is centered around you holding, soothing and loving your little one.
Parents cuddling their baby, siblings snuggling in close, those quiet in-between moments — this is where the magic truly lives.
Whether photographed in my calm Sunshine Coast Hinterland home studio in Glenview or in your own home, every session is designed to feel unhurried, comfortable and stress-free — allowing you to simply soak in these early days while I document them for you.

With a candid yet dreamy approach, I focus on capturing the glow, the tenderness, and the fleeting details of this chapter in a way that feels effortless and true to you. Sessions take place at carefully chosen locations around the Sunshine Coast and surrounding hinterland including the beach, the breathtaking Glass House Mountains, a beautiful farm setting, or within my light-filled Sunshine Coast hinterland home studio — each offering a timeless and natural backdrop for your story.
Every session is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your vision and how you want this season remembered, resulting in a collection of images that celebrate motherhood, connection, and the beginning of something truly special.
